DebtGone is a personal finance application that helps users track their debts, income, expenses, and assets to plan their path to debt freedom. The Service provides:

3. Account Registration

To use DebtGone, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. We do not verify the accuracy of user-provided financial data.

DebtGone is a financial tracking and planning tool, not a financial advisor.

  • The calculations, projections, and recommendations provided are for informational purposes only
  • We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
  • You should consult with qualified financial professionals before making important financial decisions
  • Debt payoff projections are estimates based on the data you provide and may not reflect actual outcomes
  • Interest rates, payment amounts, and other financial variables may change over time

7. Subscription and Payments

DebtGone may offer free and paid subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, algorithms, and content (excluding user data), is owned by DebtGone and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
